Click on booking and you will see the above screen.
Type in the units Serial Number, Select product code and Guarantee Status.

Customer complaint – can be selected but this means that the unit should be sent to Xavant office for investigation. If customer complaint has been selected emails will be sent to Development and Regulatory so they can start the prosess for the customer complaint. (This will soon be removed for other service centers).

Description of defect – This will be what the client has reported as faulty with the unit.

Client- You can select the client, please note if there’s more than one contact person per client it will be displayed in brackets next to the clients name. This is to be able to track the unit to the correct person. If the contact details are not correct please create a new client. If any of these company details change please request the change from Servicing@xavant.com.
