Stimpod NMS410
This is the features for the NMS410 Nerve Stimulator:
The STIMPOD NMS410 is a nerve stimulator designed for precision nerve location. Localization of nerves by electrical stimulation involves connecting the nerve stimulator to a conducting needle through which local anesthetics can be injected. The distance of the needle (cathode) from the nerve can be estimated by establishing the minimum threshold current required, facilitating a neuromuscular response.
Features
Nerve Mapping Probe:
A Nerve Mapping Probe designed for percutaneous nerve mapping with a maximum current of 20mA ensuring proper nerve membrane depolarization
Combined Nerve Mapping/Locating:
Auto sensing cable enables the anesthesiologist to combine nerve mapping and nerve locating for quick and precise nerve location
Charge Transfer Waveform:
Display real time feedback of the actual delivered stimulus.
Proximity Indicator:
Visual and audible feedback is given when the target current- and pulse width ranges are reached indicating probable nerve proximity
Non-Linear Adjustment:
Choose between Linear (normal) and Non-Linear progression of current and pulse width settings. Non–Linear mode allows the user to customize 20 current and pulse-width setting positions.
Current Adjustment Intervals:
Set current adjustment intervals in 3 different current ranges
0.0 – 0.6 mA
0.6 – 2.0 mA
2.0 – 5.0 mA
