November 20, 2009 - The South African Journal of Regional Anaesthesia featured an article on "Making Nerve Mapping actually useful & helpful".
The editor of SAJRA, Dr Russel Raath, used the Stimpod to compare the Nerve Mapping modality of the Stimpod to other nerve stimulators. Several comparisons were drawn and practical examples are given why the Stimpod implementation of Nerve Mapping is so beneficial.

An interscalene brachial plexus is used as an example for mapping out the nerve prior to puncturing the skin with the needle. Thereafter the combined technique is shown.
